TRAINING A GENERATION OF BELIEVERS

If you are a follower of Christ you belong here at Old Union Baptist Church. We believe in training the new generation of believers to be faithful laborers for Christ’s sake.

Ignite Youth Revival January 2024

Our first Ignite youth revival saw over 250 attendees representing more than 6 churches and most importantly we saw 2 girls answer the call to rededicate their lives to Christ.

All four nights featured spirit-filled worship, food and fellowship, packed alters, moving prayer sessions amongst youth, and a God-given message from his word. Special thanks to the speakers from the last Ignite youth revival for bringing the word God laid on your heart.

We strive to create a focused, attentive, and distraction-free environment where each youth feels liberated to unashamedly praise God in the worship and the service.

For those of you who attended, we had so much fun with you guys. We thank you for coming, for everyone you invited, and for being an amazing and encouraging congregation. For everyone who served, and I hope to see you all again in January.

If you were not able to attend in August but offered up your prayers, thank you. Nothing is stronger than prayer, and we saw prayers answered, as God moved every day of the revival, and that resulted in the 2 rededications we saw during the revival. And we want to extend that invitation again. We want to see you, we want to serve you, and we want to fellowship and worship with you all for the glory of the One who is worthy of our praise.

Join us January 14th through the 17th 2024!

Operation Christmas Child

We are thrilled to announce our unwavering support for Operation Christmas Child, a wonderful initiative that brings hope and happiness to children around the world during the holiday season. For years, our church community has wholeheartedly embraced this cause, coming together to make a significant impact in the lives of underprivileged children.

Through Operation Christmas Child, we aim to share the spirit of giving and the joy of Christmas with children who may have never experienced the magic of receiving a gift. Each year, our congregation generously donates shoeboxes filled with toys, school supplies, hygiene items, and heartfelt messages of encouragement. These shoeboxes, filled with love and care, travel across the globe to reach children in need, reminding them that they are cherished and not forgotten. Our support for Operation Christmas Child reflects our commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others, and we are excited to continue spreading the joy of the season with this meaningful project. Join us in this heartwarming endeavor, and let’s make this Christmas a truly special one for children in need!
