Old Union Baptist was
established in 1845 as an autonomous, local Baptist church and became a
part of the Southern
Baptist Convention. With a vision and much labor, the members
constructed a wooden building to be used for the church's
meetings. They had a vision of what God could do with willing
hearts and minds and gave themselves to the task.
Many years have gone by and
many lives have been changed for the Glory of God. Today, Old
Union has recommitted itself as a body of believers that desires to reach
the community for Jesus. There are 15,000 people that live within
five (5) miles of the church and our desire is to see Harlem, GA
transformed for the Glory of God. Will you join us in reaching
this community and the uttermost part of the earth?
